The Level at Melia Castilla

I would rate it a 100 if I could, stayed for 2 weeks at the LEVEL and it exceeded my expectation way, way far, that I extended my stay for another week while searching for an apartment in Madrid! Absolutely LOVED everything about it, the service, the rooms, the attention to details, but if something has stood out the most for me is the staff, all of them, nice, kind and welcoming, I mean they became like a family in a way that I've never thought of. Elvaro, Miguel, Paulina, Maria, Pelin and Laura. Love you and thank you for everything ,,, It was a pleasure meeting you all, and I am going to miss you dearly my friends!

5 stars value hotel! Rooms are elegant, very well furnished, equipped with all comforts and amenities. Breakfast rich in options, possible to join the international one or the smaller one, that is actually better because quieter and possible choose your egg options from the menu. Well located, just few minutes away from Metro stations lines 10 and 1 (Cuzco or Tetuan).

Well I don’t normally give 5 star reviews because I always believe something can be improved. I will give this hotel 5 stars because they gave me and my partner 5 star service. It was unbelievable stay for 5 nights, from arriving to departing we were made to feel welcome and served. When we arrived we were not sure where ‘the level’ check in area was, then a staff member came over to us and asked if we were ok and I said I was looking for the level, and he went above and beyond (I did not get his name) and took my case and showed us physically where to go. The service is on another level, at breakfast the waiters/waitress’s were outstanding looked after all their guests. All the staff that we came across are a credit to this hotel and company. The private lounge for the level guests is so relaxing, you get drinks and snacks all day and I mean all day. They provide spirit/liquor drinks from 6pm - 9pm every evening, and Daniel I think his name was, is an unbelievable service staff and what lovely person from Caracas Venezuela, I hope he achieves his dreams in the future. Madrid is a beautiful city it really really is we will be back and back to this amazing hotel for sure. You have to book the level service to get the private Lounge etc.
