Really nice hotel. Very innovative room layout. Great for work. Right next door to a fascinating museum and also the water, maritime goings on. Super cool bar on the top floor.

We stayed here for a few days for a family vacation. We had to change the booking once but everything was great and very friendly. The rooms were a good size, comfortable and quiet and the location was great, sauna and roof top bar too. Unfortunately, the staff on site let the place down. We received a lukewarm welcome upon arrival. No mention how to access wifi. We had booked a room with an extra bed but upon entering the room, it was not there. Had to call and was assured they would bring it up in a few minutes. Had to go down to reception and find out what happened after another hour. Requested tidy-up of room, no beds were made, complimentary tea And coffee was not stocked up. Beds have no fitted sheets and were very soft.

The rooms in the hotel are absolutely small, there is nowhere to hide suitcases and they are always underfoot. Note that the balcony in the rooms overlooking the water is shared with other rooms in the hotel. And the occupants of neighboring rooms can look into your room through the large glass doors when walking along the long shared balcony. You have to keep the curtains always closed and sit in the dark. There is no coffee machine in the room, only a small kettle and two bags of cheap instant coffee. There are no plates or cutlery in the room. They couldn't bring them to the room. Had to go down to reception myself and pick this up. The whole hotel is not very clean and now I understand why. They clean here only sometimes. The location of the hotel is good, but the terrible service kills all the positive impression. I will never stay in this hotel again and can't recommend it to anyone.
