AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! PLACE IS A DUMP! NO PARKING!!! I’m writing this review to explain how horrible and crappy the service is the lift is. Me and my wife booked this room 2 months ago. This hotel is directly in the city portion of Lisbon. If you have a car. If you have a car avoid this dump of a hotel. There’s no parking at all. Seriously. You’re reading it right. They recommend you park more than half a mile away and walk to the hotel. If you have bags it’s pretty hard to do this as the city part of Lisbon is always busy. They tell you can “drop off” your bags in the front — impossible as police and other drivers beep at you when you try to park outside as you’re blocking the main road. The rooms are dirty, broken and they don’t help you at all with trying to fix any issue. All they care about is their bottom line. I tried to get a refund from this place and they refused even with chase sapphire on the line. Read the reviews. This place is a literal piece of garbage and has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Avoid at ALL COSTS. You want a hotel with better service? Go to the Corinthia.

Avoid at all costs. My fiancé was at a bachelorette party and staying here. Their stay was terrible. Broken shower, broken sofa bed, and both dead and live ants in their room. The customer service refused to give a refund on the nights they stayed (they were trying to bear with it but it’s uncomfortable). The group messaged the hotel and was told “but I promise this part won’t affect your sleep”. I’ve never seen such unprofessional behaviour and service.
