Good hotel with excellent service. Staff is friendly and attentive. I would suggest that if you want to sleep and rest early, get a room not facing the beach. Noise from the multiple bars along the beach can be heard inside beach facing rooms.

1. Not much amenities. All of their activities (pickleball, bouncy water park, banana boat) is not free. The cost is expensive too. 2. Shower head is not maintained well. it’s full of molds 3. Lifeguard is parang nakatambay lang na boy. We were asking for towels for swimming and their staff said “may inaasikaso pa kasi yun lifeguard mamaya nalang po” 4. Their beach front is right beside docking yacht area. They claim that it passed safety tests but it’s also very dirty. Their water is full of plastic shampoo sachets and trash when you step on the sand in the beach 5. I placed their design pillows on the floor because it’s so dirty and guess what the housekeeping person did? He put it right back in the bed! Ew?

While we appreciated the room upgrade and enjoyed the food, the check-out experience left a disappointing mark on our stay. We were asked about a missing rubber door stopper and whether it might have been packed in our luggage. What made the situation more uncomfortable was being approached by three staff members at once, which felt overwhelming and entirely inappropriate. In most hotels, door stoppers are bolted to the floor or wall, not simply left loose, so we weren’t even aware it was something to look out for. I offered to return upstairs and search for it to ease the tension, but was told it wasn’t necessary. The way the matter was handled felt excessive and humiliating. Although we were not charged, the experience was still embarrassing. I’m not sure if other guests overheard, but the situation left us feeling deeply uncomfortable. We’ve never encountered anything like this at any other hotel, and it’s hard not to feel that local guests may be treated with less courtesy. This incident left a lasting negative impression.
