Lovely dining room for breakfast and dinner. Knowledgeable, kind, and helpful hospitality professionals. Sadly, was happy to book massage which they advertise all over the building and website. I emailed and didn't get a response. Next day, I called desk and they said you can only get on Mondays.
This is a beautiful building with amazing architecture. I love the breakfast buffet as it features an omlette station with a chef preparing them in front of guests, made to order. The rooms are comfortable and modern. Negatives. The gym seems to be a bit of an afterthought. The WIFI doesn't work in the lower basement levels, which the gym is on. The free weights only go up to 10 KG. There are no machines other than cardio machines such as a bike and treadmill. If you are a weight lifter, you basically are forgotten. The front desk informed us that they do not have irons or ironing boards. I am unsure what they expect guests to do with wrinkly shirts after they have traveled in suit cases.
Good stay. Special thanks for Bea (I think I’m spelling it right) from the front desk, she was phenomenal. Her help improved our stay here.
