We loved the room we were given, main bedroom and living area was fronting the San Miguel compound and park. Both bedrooms were very spacious and clean. All necessary toiletries and amenities were in the room, we did not have to call room service for them. Both bathrooms had a nice bathtub and aside from a lack of mirrors at the dresser areas, it was well appointed and furnished. A family of 4 or more can easily stay for a week, as they have a working kitchen where you can cook if you are tired of eating out. The staff and service were very friendly. The pools were indoors and very warm, and the jacuzzi kiddie pool was good. Parking may be a bit of a challenge for larger vehicles.
A Delightful Easter Stay with a Fun Surprise! We were so impressed with the festive atmosphere and thoughtful touches throughout our visit. The highlight was definitely the Easter Egg Hunt organized by the hotel — it was fun for both kids and adults, with beautifully decorated eggs and little surprises hidden all around the property! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make the holiday special, even offering Easter-themed treats and activities. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the entire hotel was decorated with spring colors and cheerful vibes. It was a perfect combination of relaxation and family fun. We’ll definitely be back next year!
Extremely Disappointed with The Linden Suites I had a very disappointing experience at The Linden Suites and truly feel that I wasted my money. I booked a one-bedroom suite expecting a relaxing and comfortable stay, especially after seeing the attractive photos online—but the reality was completely different. Before arriving, I requested that the air conditioning be turned on since I had already paid in full. But when we arrived, the room was hot and uncomfortable. The service was also very slow and unresponsive, which added to our frustration. The biggest issue was the air conditioning in both the bedroom and dining area—it was running but not cooling at all. The room smelled bad, and the carpet was not only cracked and old, but also had a strong unpleasant odor. To make it worse, we even saw cockroaches in the room. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable, especially for the price we paid. The hotel did not live up to its rating or the expectations set by the photos online. Nothing special. Because of how bad the experience was, we decided to check out early at 9:00 PM—we didn’t even stay overnight. That’s how unsatisfied we were. I believe we deserve a refund or at least a 50% deduction for this very poor experience. I hope the management seriously takes action to improve the hotel’s facilities, cleanliness, and customer service. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back. — A very disappointed guest
