We shared a great weekend with our Scottish Country Dancing group in May 2025. The staff cound not have been more helpful both before and during the weekend. A lovely weekend in a lovely setting.
I stayed at Amaroo for one night and enjoyed my experience. The staff were extremely professional and had excellent customer service. The Operations Manager Kate was exceptionally friendly and her island knowledge was fantastic. My room had an exceptionally comfortable bed, I had a great nights sleep. The facilities in the venue are excellent, and my room presentation was great. Whether travelling alone or with a group Amaroo caters to everyone, very family friendly. Would highly recommend. When returning to Magnetic Island I'll definitely be staying at Amaroo again the experience was excellent.
Super sweet concierges, very accommodating. Only thing to ensure if you are arriving after 5, please drop an email to get the room keys since the staff leaves by 5 Pm.
