The Lively Tokyo Azabujuban

Google Maps has this listed as a three-star hotel, but honestly, it feels much closer to a four- or even five-star experience. The design is stylish and luxurious, with thoughtful touches throughout. What really stood out to me was the incredible staff, young, sharp, fashionable and clearly motivated to provide guests with the best experience possible. There’s a generous happy hour, great amenities, and a cozy but vibrant vibe that’s rare to find. The hotel is located in Azabujuban, one of Tokyo’s coolest neighborhoods, with excellent nightlife just steps away. Don’t miss the bar on the ninth floor…the cocktails are top-notch. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a boutique hotel with personality and class.

Beautiful decor. Courteous and professional staff, everything available in English. Bright rooms with comfortable beds and luxury amenities. Lounge area with free happy hour drinks and lattes. Breakfast was healthy and beautifully presented. Excellent location. Easy walking to metro and so many great restaurants and shops steps away. Also found a fabulous facial spot right across the street at Dr. H. No laundry onsite, but lots of convenient laundromats nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Lively Tokyo. It’s perfect for solo travelers, even though the rooms are small, they are so clean and quiet. The lounge is one of the best features of this hotel with a happy hour from 5-6 where you can relax during the afternoon and a coffee machine that has different types of coffee and tea, and there’s a bar on the roof with a view of Tokyo tower. The location is amazing.One of the best things about this boutique hotel is its members from the moment I stepped foot in they were welcoming and helpful. Definitely coming back again next time I am in Tokyo
