We stayed in both a mobile home and a bungalow and I have to say the caravan was by far the best! It was spacious, clean, comfortable and everything worked. The bungalow smelt damp, was clean but the beds were hard and smelly and the sofa bed was mouldy so would definitely book the mobile home only next time. Facilities were great for the kids, staff were amazing best I’ve had at a holiday camp, they were all so friendly and helpful, especially the guy on the high ropes who remembered every child’s name! Food was great and reasonable prices I would definitely recommend this resort and there’s so much to see and do around lizard if you don’t want to stay on site with beautiful beaches and loads of history not to mention the pubs, parks and shops

We booked this last year and at booking the reviews were great! A week prior to arriving on holiday this year I reckon checked the reviews. They weren't good and it left me nervous for our week away. However, we've just returned from a week in a dog friendly 6berth caravan. I have to say the recent reviews do not reflect the experience we've just had. The caravan was clean and tidy and of a modern standard. The park it's self is well kept and maintained. The staff are super friendly and helpful and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The indoor swimming pool was super clean and warm in temperature. I can't comment on the outdoor pool as it was closed due to water chemical imbalance. Scoops ice-cream shop was delicious and the guy serving us was so friendly letting my soon try some flavours before he chose his scoop. The boat house was was you would expect from good pub grub! My only complaint would be paying nearly £7 for a pint and over £4 for a coke. My parents were in a bungalow which was modern, clean and again perfect for what they needed. We've had a great time and can't wait to return!

It was okay but absolutely no signal on our phones and the wifi didn't reach the caravan but to get more information or book anything on the park required using a QR code. A good chunk of the evening entertainment was Bingo so if you're not playing it's a pretty boring bar and if you are playing then the kids are saying they're bored 😂 The ladies put on a couple of nice cabaret shows that my daughters loved, they're very talented. We still enjoyed our time there but it's not on my list of favourites. We had one brilliant day of sunshine on a Saturday afternoon and my kids were ready to go in the outdoor pool but as we got there they were kicking everyone out because a caravan owner had booked the whole pool for private use. So check for that before booking a weekend away there as that's one of the main attractions in the park. The caravan was modern, clean and nice.
