This condo was amazing! Other than 2 issues with codes to access the room, it was wonderful. Both issues were very quickly resolved with a call to the service desk. Location was 10/10 - right at the base of the ski lift! Free bus service to downtown was a bonus. The condo itself was spacious, clean and well-maintained. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in for the weekend!
We loved the beautiful resort and Park City! The beds were comfortable and the resort was very clean. The only problem we had was when the hot water stopped working. I called the Guest Service number and left a message as their answering machine said it was "after hours" at 2:30 p.m. I called again the next day at 6:30 a.m. and talked to a man who then sent someone to fix the water as the whole building was without hot water. It was fixed by noon that day. The man I spoke with said they are open 24 hours and did not know why no one answered my first phone call. Also, the upstairs shower had very poor water pressure. My husband is a plumber and said the fixture needs to be replaced. Everything else was great!
This place is a dump, poorly maintained and with 0 staff/ service. Nobody is attentive or available. Staying in 252 right now - upstairs lights aren't working and there are lightbulbs out downstairs. The door handle to the unit is literally falling apart and to keep it secure we have a lanyard wrapped around the handle and tied to a post so the door doesn't open in the middle of the night. Elevator is out of service (still - read other reviews from 4+ months ago), and it's apparent the bare minimum was done between guests - not even soap at the kitchen sink. And then let's talk about the parking game they play. Only after booking did they mention 1 vehicle per unit. You'd think a policy like that means this place is busy... Yet the garage is nearly empty and for a week the staff had ignore my ask of where to park. 0 service and poorly maintained. Stay somewhere else, this place is trash.
