The Loft Hotel Adults Only

Our stay was great. Best part were: - 24/7 restaurant, so we didn't have to look for food after arriving very late at the hotel. Overall quality of food was 8/10 and delicious cocktails 10/10 - Free breakfast served 7-11, which allowed us to relax in bed instead of running downstairs before it's finished. Good quality, very diverse, buffet, hot meals, and speciality coffee. - Rooftop hot tub very warm and not busy at the time of our stay, so we could relax by ourselves enjoying beautiful views and the Wawel castle. - Free of charge private sauna - by reservation for 1h at a time. Towels and toiletries were prepared for us. Very clean. - Mini bar free of charge, replenished every day. Welcoming bottle of prosecco upon arrival. - Amazing staff, very polite and helpful. - And finally location! In the city centre around many attractions. Tram outside and the train station to the airport just across the street. Really worth the money :)

My stay at The Loft Hotel was truly wonderful! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect — close to the city center. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The overall atmosphere was cozy. However, if you're sensitive to noise while sleeping, it might not be ideal, as the hotel is located near the train station. It was a nice surprise that upon check-out, we received a 10% discount voucher for our next stay.

Don’t let them give you a 3rd floor room in the summer- the AC doesn’t work and it is HOT just on that floor. Our family of 14 people stayed here and all on the 3rd floor were miserable. This is also one of those “cool, modern” hotels which means simple things like a closet or and place to put your toiletries or clothing is non-existent.
