This is a newly opened hotel with a fresh, modern look and a lot of potential. Our room was clean and comfortable, but a few things were missing—no slippers or basic toiletries in the bathroom, no bottles of water which you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. Check-in was smooth, but the receptionist gave us very limited information—just a quick mention of breakfast. The breakfast itself was okay, though nothing particularly special. Staff in the restaurant were kind and polite. Overall, this hotel with a few improvements in service and attention to detail, it could become a truly excellent place to stay.

Overall, the experience was positive, although there are several points worth mentioning: · The hotel is clearly brand new, and that shows in its cleanliness, upkeep, and design. The entire space feels modern and luxurious. The overall aesthetic is very well executed: there’s a strong impression of elegance and tasteful decor, with pleasant common areas. · The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-furnished, and the bathroom was honestly one of the best I’ve seen in a long time. · Staff were friendly and willing to help at all times. Areas for Improvement: · It’s clear that most of the staff are young or lack experience. I don’t see that as a negative—on the contrary, I understand that a new hotel might want to hire less experienced employees to train them internally and reduce costs. · However, the real issue lies in the lack of supervision and presence from management. When a team is inexperienced, proper leadership and daily oversight are essential. That was definitely missing here. · I didn’t try the hotel’s restaurant myself, but my travel companion did and found the buffet underwhelming. The coffee, in particular, was very poor—surprisingly so, considering there was a high-quality coffee machine and bar setup in the chill-out area. Breakfast was included in our stay, but we ended up skipping it most days after the first experience and reading other reviews. It just didn’t seem worth it. Several issues occurred during our stay: · One day, we couldn’t access the hotel through the main entrance because the door was blocked. Staff tried their best to fix it, but it was clear they lacked the protocols to handle the situation efficiently. We had to use the garage. · Our room didn’t have a minibar, which made it difficult to keep drinks or snacks cool. We were also missing basic items like pillows, glasses, and other amenities. Even after requesting them more than once, we didn’t receive them until the second day. The air conditioning also seemed not to be working adequately. Conclusion: it has a lot of potential: it’s beautiful, new, comfortable, and visually appealing. The staff is friendly and eager to help, but they need better guidance and stronger support from management. It’s a shame that operational issues overshadow what could otherwise be an excellent stay.

If I could give this hotel a ZERO I absolutely would! I had booked an executive suite which included 2 beds for August back in March to accommodate my family of 4 which includes 2 small children. Upon arriving and checking in, we walk into our room where we came to discover that we got a basic deluxe room with 1 bed. So we go back to lobby to get our correct room.. I understand portuguese however I was communicating the whole time in English with the receptionist. I heard him contact his manager and understood the whole conversation which included him saying that someone switched our room and gave it to someone else. Once he got off rhe phone, in English he lied to me and told me our room was "under construction". I booked and paid extra for an executive room for us and our children after a 2 hour drive and I get a basic room that's cheaper and this place just hoped I didn't notice? We left and now have to spend our time finding a place last minute to accommodate us instead of enjoying the city.. thanks for ruining our stay
