The Logan is our #1 spot when visiting Philly, which we do 4-6 times a year. It's just a few blocks from the "hustle and bustle" but still pretty quiet, and still walkable to just about everything. Great rooms, great staff. The coffee in the lobby is top notch as is the bar. Urban Farmer isn't exactly top-tier dining, but very convenient when staying, and still, pretty solid food. Had the second-best massage of my life at the Underground Spa, and the gym is decent enough as is the pool. Overall, it's an excellent hotel, and we are very loyal guests.

This hotel boasts a perfect location, with an open pool until 11 pm, which was a real treat for my family. The gym and library with a pool table were also great options for entertainment. The rooftop was simply amazing! The service was impeccable, with everyone being polite and accommodating. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The towels were quite rough, and the bed linens were thin. Additionally, it would have been convenient to have late-night room service dining. Despite these minor issues, I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

I was recently here for a weekend trip for a wedding. I was told my room would be a certain price months ago (and have the receipts) and was charged $300 more than expected the day of with no warning. It would have been fine if I was told before that there were $150 security deposits PER NIGHT beforehand, however that was not the case. Our check in was also at 4 PM and had to go back up to the desk around 4:30 PM to make sure they didn’t forget about us. We had plans at 4 PM and were late. They fortunately got us a new room but again, there was no communication on what was going on and very inconsiderate of their guests time. The room overall was okay, but pretty outdated. There are no outlets near the bed so if you need alarms set on your phone for early mornings keep that in mind. The gym was extremely cramped with little selection. There’s about 6 cardio machines with little to no room for any other exercises and no weights. Lastly, parking prices are outrageous. We ended up paying $110 for the weekend parking.
