Great stay! I don't have enough words to express how much I loved my stay! The front desk let us check in a few hours early with no issues. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, even at night with a wedding and birthday party going on. The bathroom was huge, with a soaking tub and double walk in shower. Easily, one of the most comfortable hotel stays I’ve had. OH and the complimentary car service that picks you up and drops you off within 2 miles? Amazing!!!!! Only downsides: the rooftop pool was small and crowded, and the food left much to be desired. Otherwise, solid experience—I’d stay again.
Next-level service. Our room was amazing, bathroom was enormous, and the staff! I can’t say enough good about them. The whole place is beautiful and the attention to detail is better than the Four Seasons. An employee told me they were going to renovate and refresh the place and honestly I didn’t think they need it. Beds were comfy. 10/10 recommend highly. PS also attended a wedding here, which came off beautifully.
Stayed for over a week. Had a great room - big size bathroom, comfortable bed and well laid out. Decor is getting a bit tired and could do with some modernization but otherwise fantastic. Location is also excellent. What needs real improvement is the service and hidden charges. $75/day valet parking with no self parking alternative when you pay a lot already for the hotel is ridiculous. On top of it, the valet staff were often officious and rude - telling me I would be charged an additional $25 for leaving the car more than 15 mins at the front while dropping something off. Front desk staff are cold and unwelcoming - the only exception is the concierge who was delightful and very helpful going the extra mile to give advice. The “included” breakfast is also a joke… very limited selection from a continental buffet and some filter coffee… anything hot comes at an extra charge and the coffee was extra too! If I pay for breakfast to be included I expect breakfast to be included with no extra charges
