The Londoner at Morritt's Tortuga and Resort

Our second time at the Londoner. We love the layout and very spacious. Everything was clean and nice. Except our house keeper didn't show the day prior to us leaving? The welcome dinner was good and fun. We needed a little maintenance and they came right away and fixed the problem. Still one of my favorite places directly on the ocean.

This was my family's first time to the island. We stayed at the Morritt's Torgtuga Club. We loved the entertainment and food at Mimi's and our last night at Ivan's Sports Bar was fun with Karaoke. The variety of pools was awesome as well, as my daughter is a fish and loves to swim. All of the hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating. Snorkeling off of Mimi's dock was a delight! All in all we had an amazing time and cannot wait to go back.

I can’t believe that this property has ever received a good review unless it was written by someone on staff. TO BE CLEAR, this place is nothing short of a nightmare. It’s dirty, its poorly staffed, the restaurants on the property are HORRIBLE. The buildings and the amenities (they shouldn’t be called that) are run down....and did I mention the place is filthy. The people at the front desk are incredibly rude. When I asked if my room was ever going to be cleaned (it’s been FOUR DAYS) they responded by telling me sometime before 5pm. Fellow travelers, run from this place. Pitching a tent on the beach would be a better option.
