Comfortable rooms (view on photo is from 29th floor), nice big swimming pool (very crowded on Saturdays due to swimming lessons). Very good breakfast
Well. Rooms are great specially if you are above 40th floor. But the lobby is dusty and tons of details showing that this was maybe a great hotel, in the past. The breakfast room is huge and offers many different dishes, unfortunately none of these has a decent standard. Disappointing. I understand now how felt some friends staying there last year for 2 months.
The most unprofessional staff at the reception. Took more than 30 minutes to figure out how to print an invoice, deposit payment from card, only to understand that they have to return the previosly made deposit and I have to pay some another. Almost made me late for my flight. Inept, unacceptable service, would never come here again.
