Had booked 6 nights recently but the day before we were meant to arrive for our holiday my wife was struck down with Covid ( hit quite hard with it). Had to cancel our booking - and though I was aware of the refund policy I still was hoping that I would receive most of my money back. Was advised The Love Shack would only refund nights they were able to re - book the site. We ended up getting two nights refund back and the offer of if we rebooked for another two nights to get a third night free. So this is just a buy beware , if you happen to have to cancel ( and of course if it just a change of mind - understand that you will lose some money) for a genuine reason be prepared to lose money. In addition - if you do choose The Love Shack make sure you shop around the different booking sites - we have notice big ( and I mean big) differences in prices between sites.
