The Lugger Hotel

The rooms with a view are worth the price. We stayed in the middle cottage and have not been disappointed. I am writing this review with Alison having just checked us in and this is my view. Can’t fault the service so far that we’ve received and the soothing sounds of the waves crashing against the rocks is worth every penny. And we’ve just asked to extend our stay another night to avoid returning to reality for one more day.

We stayed just one night at The Lugger... the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and well equipped although I would suggest they fit a blackout blind on the window as early summer the room was very bright very early! We ate at the hotel and enjoyed a very high quality meal ... fresh seafood at good value prices... in the morning we ate a high quality breakfast outside on the Quay, and then set off on the most incredible coastal walk. Highly recommended a stay here. We will definitely return. 👍👍

Beautiful Hotel! Staff were amazing, food was exceptional! What a gem. Unfortunately I didn't sleep at all well due to room being lit up all night from a outside flood light from the hotel that shone in our room! The blinds were inadequate to block out any sort of light, so 4am it was daylight in our room. We would absolutely love to visit again as long as we have a room with black out or even decent curtains/ blind! We managed the coastal path walk on the Sunday which was amazing. A beautiful spot surrounded by nature.
