This is an amazing place to stay. We were a large family group traveling together, and the two villas we occupied we literally beautiful. The décor and the structure itself is excellent. Beyond that, I’ve never felt so welcome and supported by the staff. They quickly knew us by name and were always quick with a friendly greeting. Opening the blinds in the morning, I has a great view of the rice fields. Fun, too, was getting to and from the villas to the main street on scooters. I really added to the experience. I would highly recommend Luxe Villas, Bali!

Disappointing Payment Experience – Not What You’d Expect from a Luxe Villa Unfortunately, my recent stay at Luxe Villa Bali ended on a very frustrating note. Upon check-out, we attempted to settle our bill using four different credit cards, including two via Apple Pay. Their payment system was clearly experiencing technical issues, which the staff struggled to explain clearly. One of my cards was charged twice, but the hotel claimed they had not received any confirmation of the transaction. Despite this, they made us wait nearly 45 minutes while they “checked with the bank,” which only added to the confusion and inconvenience. In the end, we were forced to pay the charges in cash, with the hotel assuring us that if the card payment eventually went through, they would refund us. This is not the kind of reassurance or service you’d expect from a place marketing itself as a luxury experience. Overall, the handling of the situation was extremely disappointing. The staff was unhelpful and seemed poorly trained to manage what should have been a simple issue. It’s unfortunate to have an otherwise enjoyable stay tainted by a stressful and unprofessional check-out experience.
