This is probably the best hotel nowadays in Cirebon city. It is located strategically on R.A. Kartini street that is always busy, in a walking distance from the famous Nasi Jamblang Bu Nur and Ayam Bahagia @Cangkring 2 lane. The hotel is clean and bright. Room is tidy. Service is excellent. Food is OK, they simply can't beat the famous local culinaries, but hey, who's to blame? The koi fish near the entrance is a gem.
Not the greatest experience and not the worst. Well located but the room left a bit to he desired. The air conditioning couldn’t cool the room lower than perhaps 26c at best and the shower was broken. Breakfast was fine but not special. Suggest Swiss hotel as a better option near the same price point.
Water bidet is not powerful, made my room moved to another room. Hot water does not work in the morning. Bath room does not smell good, gives me perception that the room is not well maintained. I need to call technician 2 times for 1 night stay. This is not a good experience. Please do regular check and maintenance before offering high price for executive class.
