The Luxury Collection Hotel Manhattan Midtown

The Luxury Collection was so good to us!! Thank you to all of the staff who made our stay wonderful, from leaving an extra special welcome surprise (we were in town for our daughters birthday), to giving us a great room with a peek-a-boo Central Park view, to being accommodating with a late checkout and anything else we needed while we were there. The staff was always there to greet us with a smile and it made our stay really warm and wonderful. Side note, I am a snob on linens and the bed linens were fantastic, and the rooms were quiet - thank you Luxury Collection!

I've recently completed a one week stay at this property and, honestly, it deserves 10 stars. The hotel itself is very well-located, it is kept immaculate and it's a pleasure to enter and walk around the property. You'll be close to many great restaurants, arts and museums and lots of great shopping. My accommodation actually exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless and I'm the one who can always find something not quite right in my room. When I would return later in the day, everything was back in its place and as it should be. The hotel itself is maintained quite nicely as well and the staff is friendly and helpful. I didn't really use the amenities or restaurant although one of my guests used the business center and was quite satisfied. A special call-out to the Housekeeping staff who are probably the unsung heroes of this property. As I said, my accommodations were flawless as was the hallway, elevator and anywhere else I wandered around. That doesn't happen easily or by accident. I would add that I stayed at this hotel in all of its former incarnations but this is the best version of itself.

Her dedication to ensuring our happiness truly stood out. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and offers a luxurious ambiance. It’s perfect for both families and couples looking for a memorable getaway. One of the best features is its prime location—just a few minutes' walk from Times Square, which is a huge plus for exploring the city. I highly recommend the Luxury Collection Hotel for anyone visiting New York. You won't be disappointed.
