The Magnaura Palace Hotel

Great location and good service with reasonable price. Booked a corner room with abundant space and a beautiful ocean view. Very quiet at night despite at the tourism hub . Dinner at the open air restaurant on the top floor is a must . You can see the illuminated Blue Mosque up close. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend booking airport transfers and private tour guides directly from the hotel. The price is not expensive and saves all the trouble!

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are very kind, accommodating, and knowledgable. The room was clean and quiet with a great street view. We enjoyed our breakfast overseeing a beautiful view every morning. Great location, close to all touristy areas as well as trams if you want to explore outside of main attractions. We were able to easily go all over Istanbul from the hotel. This was our 2nd time visiting Istanbul. If we decide to go back, we will book at this hotel again.

The Magnaura Palace Hotel is located in the heart of historic centre of Istanbul (Sultanahmed district). Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilika Cistern and the renowned Archeological Museum are at a few minutes walking distance. With the tram Galata Bridge and Dolmabahçe Palace can be reached easily. The hotel is small and nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet is gorgeous and the roof-top restaurant offers a stunning view of Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and the harbour. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the visit and have best memories of our stay at the Magnaura Palace Hotel.
