The Mak Trat

Had a great time staying here. The receptionist and the team were fantastic, and the food was delicious. The villa itself was beautifully decorated. One thing to note: when trying to go kayaking, communication was mostly through LINE, and there were no staff members at the beach, making it a bit challenging, but we managed in the end. During the night, the power in our villa went out, but the staff communicated well with us, and everything was resolved. The breakfast was also really good. Plus, they have lovely dogs at the reception, which added a nice touch to the stay. Would highly recommend and would love to come back again!

Very peaceful resort. The bungalows are roomy, stylish, clean, comfortable. Immediate access to the beach. The reception offers an outstanding service. Kh Krab (if i am not wrong) is very dedicated and has been very helpful to us. The organization of the transfers, the bike rental, everything ran absolutely smoothly. 👍👍👍 The buffet type breakfast offers a wide choice of thai or western dishes. The staff is smiling and provides a quick service. The only minor setback could be the swimming pool as it’s too small and the water is too hot for swimming. But there are many beaches and snorkeling spots in Koh Mak that will offer great swimming options. We will most probably comme again.

This is one of the best beach resorts in Koh Mak, Trat, Thailand. The service is amazing, and all the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Starting with the driver—he picked me up at the pier with a warm smile and great energy. The receptionist was extremely helpful, kind, and friendly, with a wonderful personality. She’s truly a superstar! Even the waiters were exceptionally nice. As soon as you get your key card, the first thing you’ll see is a breathtaking sea view with a blue sky—it’s absolutely fantastic. The room is exactly as advertised on all the booking websites.
