The Malcolm Hotel

My husband and I stayed at the Malcolm in a mountain view room for 3 nights in mid June and we had a lovely time here. The view from our room of the three sisters mountain range was great and it was nice to relax on the balcony. The hotel is in a great location with a short walk into the centre and the walk around the creek directly outside the hotel was so peaceful. We had one issue during our stay and as soon as we told the staff, they sent someone to fix it right away and the issue never happened again. We had breakfast two mornings in the hotel and both times it was really nice! We opted for the breakfast buffet one of the days and everything was topped up all the time so it was kept fresh. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a stunning hotel with refreshingly good old fashioned service and good value for money. I just couldn't believe this quality of service existed any more without costing a fortune and making me feel self conscious! The wait staff were impeccable and the concierge was immensely helpful. Our room was very comfortable and with a gorgeous view too. We did the King Malcolm set dinner menu on a Sat night - it was superb. Our waitress was very helpful & friendly. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. There was no fee to park our car. Sooo glad we stayed in Canmore which wasn't crowded. Thanks to this hotel for our accommodation! Clean rooms that are cleaned every day. The room has everything you need: towels, slippers, tea and coffee, essentials. The staff took into account all our wishes. There is an alarm clock function at the right time for you, we found out by chance when we were woken up at 4:30 in the morning, but we didn't order it. It was fun. If you want, the everything can be delivered to the room, just tell them what you need. We were really satisfied with the hotel and will definitely come back
