The Malinche Palace

Amazing property with unmatched views and a layout that creates a central space for all to gather while allowing everyone to maintain a sense of privacy at the same time. The design affords for a light breeze consistently throughout the day which makes even the hottest hours of the day bearable. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, gorgeous view, and the fixtures are updated for modern comfort. Communication with the hosts was prompt, helpful and easy. The area was safe and having the caretakers onsite is an added bonus. We would return and rent without hesitation!

Beautiful place, but at night raccoons invade the house and open cabinets, garbage cans and even the refrigerator (why there is a chain on it to lock it). Also, a few things were broken: coffee grinder, dryer (fixed while here), to name two of them. Max and Julia are great, but for this price, things should have been a bit more flawless. The location and views are fantastic. Bring a LOT of big spray. That goes for anywhere here, not just Malinche Palace.

Fun and interesting layout. Slept all 14 of us perfectly comfortable (very hard beds). Host was very kind and welcoming. The cons were the refrigerator temperature was consistently high, a very small freezer, the grill that we could never get lit, the outside stove top that also wouldn’t stay ignited. Made it very hard to cook for six nights for 14 people.
