I’ve been staying at The Mandeville Hotel for years, and it never disappoints. The location is simply unbeatable—right in the heart of Marylebone with easy access to Oxford Street and Bond Street. The rooms are elegant and always spotless, and the atmosphere is cozy yet refined. The service is consistently excellent; the staff are welcoming, attentive, and always go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a charming and central place to stay in London.

Me and my boyfriend came here for a wonderful dinner. We couldn’t reccomend this place enough! The staff are lovely and so helpful! We can for a celebration and the stay made us feel special and made the evening as lovely as it could be! And the food was remarkable, cooked to perfection ! 5 stars for service and quality of food, we will deffo be back!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the unacceptable experience I encountered with your hotel I had a confirmed reservation at your hotel, and this was my first visit to London as a new city for me. However, upon arrival at the airport, I was extremely surprised to find out that my reservation had been cancelled, despite receiving confirmation before my departure from my country that the booking was active and confirmed. The reservation was made at least two weeks prior to my trip. Please note that the payment method selected was pay at property, and the hotel had repeatedly verified my credit card details prior to my arrival, which were successfully authorized each time without any issue. The unexpected cancellation caused me significant inconvenience upon my arrival, especially as I had taken all necessary steps to ensure the validity of my booking before traveling. This situation caused me great distress, especially as I’m traveling alone to a new country for the first time. I was left without accommodation upon my arrival, in a foreign city where I had no prior experience or familiarity. This not only created a high level of emotional stress and anxiety, but also exposed me to unnecessary risks and discomfort, as I had to quickly search for alternative arrangements on my own under pressure and uncertainty. What was supposed to be an exciting and joyful first visit turned into a highly stressful and unsettling experience. Such unprofessional handling from the hotel is completely unacceptable, especially for an international guest who trusted the property for a safe and reliable stay. Canceling a confirmed booking without proper notice or valid reason reflects a serious lack of responsibility and reliability. It severely undermines the hotel’s credibility and raises concerns about its trustworthiness and ability to provide basic assurances to its guests. This experience has left me feeling that the hotel does not prioritize the well-being or safety of its visitors, and unfortunately, I can no longer consider it a trustworthy choice for accommodation.
