The Manila Hotel

We booked a room at The Manila Hotel on the same day, and I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and accommodating the staff were despite the last-minute reservation. I made the booking under my name, but it was my parents who checked in for a small birthday celebration. The front desk and reservation team were incredibly responsive and professional. They promptly acknowledged my ID and arranged for my parents’ smooth check-in without any issues. I truly appreciate the thoughtful service and extra effort they made to ensure everything was in order. Special thanks to Guest Services for being attentive to my request and helping make my father’s birthday stay extra special. Exceptional service like this deserves to be recognized!

Had a little staycation here in April. Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed their daily breakfast buffet and one dinner buffet. Love the choices of food and the service. The room we were in was big, well-appointed and had a nice view of the pier. The sunsets were wonderful. We were within walking distance to places of interest, however, I suggest you take a cab than walk because of the heat. You can ask the concierge to book you a Grab if you do not want to drive.

We've always had a good experience with The Manila Hotel, but this one was the best so far. I booked an overnight stay for my mom as a Mother’s Day gift and reached out in advance to request a simple favor, if they can give her a complimentary slice of cake and a greeting card. Not only did they deliver on that request, but they went above and beyond anything I imagined. My mom was surprised with balloons, a beautiful full-sized cake, chocolates, a greeting card, and they even upgraded their room! It was such a thoughtful gesture that made her feel incredibly special and loved. I’m genuinely grateful to the entire team at The Manila Hotel for helping create such a meaningful and unforgettable moment for my mom.
