The Manor Amsterdam

Lovely rooms, clean and tidy with no wear/damage. Pod coffees and teas, with a fridge and safe (in our free, upgraded room!). Beautiful hotel with history and modern decor throughout. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, especially Dimitri, who took the time in recommending places to see, eat, transport, etc. The hotel is approx. 50mins walk from the centre of Amsterdam, but the walk means you get to see a good amount of the districts. Definitely recommend!

The hotel was very nice! Even from the outside it makes a beautiful impression. The rooms were also beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable! Finally a hotel with enough pillows and a comfortable mattress. One thing that is a little annoying is this card power system, which prevents you from charging your devices when you are away. Of course you can remedy this with a card other than the key card, but that's not the way it's meant to be and it's inconvenient. In addition, my friend in the next room had a used T-shirt in her room and in my room there were 2 long black hairs in the bathtub, which is why I can't give full points here. You have to leave your car key at reception if you park in the hotel car park. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast well assorted and delicious. Price-performance ratio is great! The location is good! All in all, I was very satisfied and can recommend the hotel. I would love to come back!

As tourists, we had a few questions at different times, and every front desk person that we talked to was extremely helpful. From suggesting train/tram options for getting around the city, to arranging a taxi service to pick us up and take us to the airport. Very helpful and polite people. They were very much appreciated. The location is convenient, and the room was clean/quiet.
