The Manse

We stayed here quite a while ago and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this gorgeous accommodation. Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds and a great breakfast. The accommodation is located within an easy walk to the main street with all the restaurants and cafes that Daylesford offers. A visit to the lake is a must-do while you're there.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The room- we stayed in- the Plum room- was cosy and oh so comfortable. The bed was blissful to sleep in with quality linen and soft but supportive mattress. We really appreciated the wine and chocolate on arrival and happily spent a lovely hour or so sipping the wine and watching the fog shift and change. Thank you Helen for such a wonderful stay. The quirky thunderbox toilet- refitted with a modern cistern- was also a highlight. There is a wonderful serene atmosphere here in July. We loved it!

Wonderful relaxing couple of days at The Manse. Perfectly positioned overlooking the town which was well within walking distance. The room was very comfortable with an open fire if required, radiators and heated blankets. The breakfast provisions in our room were very generous. The only thing we had a small problem with was trying to “shower “ in the bath without soaking the whole room, but it was a great stay and would highly recommend.
