The Mansfield

Stayed here as a family on our first trip to New York. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Rooms were very clean, with great shower facilities and air con. The location is perfect about 5 minutes walk from Times Square. The hotel was very quiet (we didn't hear a thing) and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast options are basic - but good. Would definitely stay here again 👍

If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would! Location is perfect for easy access to everything in midtown, situated between Times Square and Fifth Avenue. The property is immaculately maintained, and every person I encountered on the staff was "over the top" accommodating. I will definitely make this my home base on future visits to NYC. A cool feature worth noting is the free walking tour, which was also outstanding!

I've stayed in other Triumph brand hotels before, but this was my first stay at The Iroquois. It will not be my last. The location near Bryant Park was perfect. While the room was what I expected in terms of size and appointment, I did appreciate the pinpoint reading lights and the robes. Breakfast being included was also appreciated. But it was the staff that was the real stand out, particularly Jay at the front desk. Charming, helpful and ever present (I overheard him state he had worked a double and then had to cover a shift the next morning), the hotel would be well served if Jay really could be there 24/7. He was kind, gracious, full of great suggestions and genuinely seemed interested in how his guests had spent their day.
