I was impressed! In April I rented a room to 🥳 celebrate my birthday with a friend. I checked in & mentioned to the receptionist that I had a guest who would be joining me for my birthday stay. The room was very nice with a huge bathtub. I had hardly settled in when a bellman brought up an awesome piece of cheesecake with fruit, a birthday balloon, and a bottle of OceanEdge Champagne 🍾 Wow! My guest got a bit lost trying to find my room & Carl, the manager, was so kind to promptly & personally escort her to my room. Thank you Carl for an extra special birthday at OceanEdge!
Came to Cape Cod for a corp off-site in March. Raining and overcast so didn't get to see much of what the resort had to offer. The staff was very nice. The room was great and the turndown service was a nice touch.
I was very unimpressed with this hotel, especially for the price point. The staff was unwelcoming. and checked us in 30 minutes late to a 4pm check in. There were 2 weddings going on at the same time, which meant we could not use the terrace (which looks nice) or the beach area at all. 2 major drawing points of the hotel. This should be clear when booking. The room was nice enough in the "mansion", which was really a separate building. The only meal we had at the hotel was breakfast the next day. We ate at about 8am and there was staff vacuuming and mopping the floor next to us the entire meal. This ended up being a $50 breakfast for 2 people, with tip included. Pretty insane in general, but especially given the ambiance. I would only stay here if I had to for a wedding. Otherwise there are many nicer places to stay on Cape Cod. Definitely not worth the money and not a true Cape experience.
