The Mansion Inn Dream Mansion

The location on Google Maps is not accurate. It is actually located right behind the cable car station in Zhangjiajie downtown. Couldn't be any happier booking this hotel and especially the room that I got. Our room is directly in line with the cable car and Tianmen Mountain in the back. What a pleasant view to enjoy while sipping tea and eat the treats that they gave. This hotel do give a lot of freebies as a welcome gift. Not only that, we even had a free pick up from the airport. Thank you! Just make sure you add them on WeChat and make your arrangements. The hotel is located in Platinum Residence. If I'm not mistaken, the entire 13th floor is the hotel. So don't be alarmed if you don't see the reception downstairs as it's on the 13th floor. The room is spacious, clean and quite minimalist. The mattress is on a wooden flooring which gives it a slight modern touch. The huge windows makes the room well lit. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They do sell beverages at the reception and there are some walking sticks and umbrellas you can borrow. Walking distance to eateries and shops. There's a McDonald's 5 minutes walk away if you fancy something different. 24 hours mart opposite. Few restaurants and a tour company downstairs. It's definitely one of the most ideal hotel in Zhangjiajie city.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was right. Also helped in arranging trips. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was more than enough "remember you are in China do not expect bacon and eggs" Very close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car. Plenty of food options nearby. Was a great place to stay.
