Excellent place to stay in London. Location is in the middle of everything. Rooms are good but maybe needs little modification as they look little bit old. Executive lounge is a good to have. They offer a great service. Thank you Amanda for your support & hospitality.
Terrible Experience, Do Not Recommend! I rarely leave negative reviews, but our stay here was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the money we paid for a “deluxe” room. The room was filthy: stained beds, carpets, and chairs. The bathroom had visible mold, and even the water didn’t feel clean. The view was awful, nothing like what was advertised, and there were loud machine noises all day and night, making it impossible to sleep. We tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one ever picked up the phone, which was very frustrating. The elevator was incredibly slow, making it inconvenient to get around. On top of that, they do not allow outside food deliveries, which was never mentioned beforehand, leaving us stuck with poor in-house options. For a “deluxe” booking, this was unacceptable. The hotel needs serious cleaning, maintenance, and staff training improvements. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they address these issues.
