The March Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the two front desk staff members made me feel incredibly welcome with their warmth and professionalism. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with modern, thoughtfully curated rooms that are both stylish and comfortable. I stayed on the third floor, and it was completely quiet—perfect for a restful night. Even my Whoop showed a 100% sleep performance! I only realized afterward that there’s a rooftop pool, which I’ll definitely take advantage of next time. The restaurant also looked very inviting, with a great menu that I’ll be sure to try on my next visit. Overall, an outstanding experience—I’ll absolutely be returning!

⭐ 1-Star Google Review: if i could do negative I would the positive reviews I’m sure is fake This was one of the worst and most misleading stays I’ve ever had—and it happened during my birthday trip to Miami. While the room itself looked like the photos, everything else about the place felt cheap, cramped, and like a total scam. When I arrived at 10 PM after a full day of flying, they tried to charge me an additional $750 at check-in, plus a $200 deposit. I paid the deposit, but when I asked what the $750 was for (since I had already paid online in full—and more than that), the staff just said, “Oh, we can check on that tomorrow.” No explanation, no receipt. It was never mentioned again once I questioned it. It felt shady and suspicious—like they were just hoping I wouldn’t notice. The lobby was tiny, the elevator was slow and creepy, and the overall building looked nothing like what was presented online. The room was extremely small—so cramped I was tripping over my luggage. The bed was stiff and pushed right up to the door, which felt completely unsafe and exposed. There was only one outlet, hidden behind a desk in the corner, already in use by a lamp. And neither TV worked. They advertise 24/7 front desk service, but when I went down to report the issues, no one was there. I told them I would stay the night and leave in the morning because I was exhausted, but I needed help. Still no support. I messaged the host before check-in, at check-in, and multiple times after—no response until late the next day, with no apology—just “We can move you to another room.” After waiting hours, the front desk finally moved us to an “upgraded” room, which also had broken TVs, the room was even smaller even tho it had a large balcony. a bizarre lamp hanging from the ceiling tied by rope. I kept banging my head on it. It was supposed to be “artsy,” but it was just badly done and unsafe. We ended up checking out and booking a new Airbnb that morning. The host refused to give a refund, claiming they needed 72 hours’ notice—even though they ignored every message and only replied after I had already left. Corporate didn’t care to reply. Overall, I felt scammed and trapped—as if once they got my money, they didn’t care what happened after. The space was misleading, uncomfortable, unprofessional, and nothing close to what a guest should experience—especially not on a special occasion like a birthday. Do not stay here. Don’t risk it. What looks decent online turns into a stressful, shady mess in real life. RUN. And again no outlets but one
