Beautiful grounds, clean and comfortable room great location wish the pool was a little cleaner, I understand sunscreen and oils, but it did prevent me from enjoying the pool experience. Had a great time with couples and friends. would stay again. The serenity pool was amazing.

I had so much fun here. The pool area is as nice as the Four Seasons. The location is amazing. The rooms are great. The service was great too. I’m so happy I stayed here and the team was so kind and outgoing. Absolutely no complaints and I cannot wait to go back here. The place is honestly aesthetically beautiful too

I have stayed here at least five times and this time is my last. I used to love this place. Location is amazing and rooms are decent and clean though sound pours through the doors. Customer service is non-existent. But two breakfast servers were amazing and deserve praise: Rose and Jason were awesome. The front desk staff either has zero manners or zero flexibility. Others are newly hired and under-trained. Housekeeping didn’t come on Day 2 - asked me at 4:30p if I wanted service, I asked if they could come back in 15 minutes so I could leave the room - they were frustrated but agreed. I left, they never came back. For the money, you can do so much better than the Marker these days.
