Booked the hotel as a last minute birthday treat for my husband. Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting.The bedroom was spotlessly clean. The food and service were great, the gardens are beautiful and my husband is still raving about his full body massage! Above all the team of young staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling. I would definitely go back and recommend to friends.
We had a really enjoyable stay at The Marquis. The location is stunning - peaceful countryside all around, and the hotel itself has been beautifully renovated. It feels stylish, yet still really comfortable and welcoming. The staff were great throughout, and the food was a real highlight. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into every detail. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing break, a special occasion, or even just for a meal and a drink.
Incredible rooms and amazing food! Absolutely worth every penny. The staff are fantastic and truly elevate the whole experience. 100% worth the hour and a half drive. We’ll definitely be back!
