The Maslow Hotel Sandton

Conveniently located hotel with modern, clean rooms. The room I got was spacious, clean and really enjoyed my stay. The staff was also very professional and helpful and breakfast options were also great and the restaurants and had a lovely ambience and feel to it. The Hotel is close to all essentials including the Sandton City Mall, Morningside shopping centre so there are a lot of restaurant options if you're looking for a different experience.

Service was good however I was more particularly impressed by one gentleman I met on the floor. He said he was Vumasande Makinana. What a pleasant soul to deal with. He exemplifies what hospitality is about.

A safe gated hotel with accommodating staff, a lovely buffet breakfast, reasonably priced restaurant meals, awesome day spa and a comfortable bed. At times staff were noisy and the lack of a toilet separate from the shower was disappointing. The door separating the toilet from the rest of the bathroom was noisy and woke my daughter when it was opened and shut. Safe was broken and not fixed during our 3 day stay. Shower dripped. Air Crew from Qantas stay here so we were happy with knowing it was safe. Great to have a commuter bus to take us to the mall (at a cost) Had to ask for an iron which was taken away after each room service. Nice grounds but reluctant to swim in pool after we saw ducks swimming in it and using it as a toilet. Coffee not so good.
