This review is for Bon Voyage aparthotels, not the building itself. Bon Voyage appears to operate entirely independently from the building management. Pros: Lodging was clean and kitchen, laundry, workspace, and bedroom amenities were fine. Interactions with Ashish were prompt and convenient. Cons: This is not a hotel group but an aparthotel, more like an airbnb than a hotel. 24/7 Front desk services are reserved for residents only and not available to guests, making it misleading and deceptive to list it as an amenity. Since there is no actual 24/7 Front desk, check-in consists of meeting someone outside in-person to pick up keys at an agreed-upon time on a Whatsapp group. This is not communicated clearly anywhere. Due to this, my lodging for the 1st night was cancelled when I was 1,5 hours late from my time estimate. I received options for alternative lodging/refund as a result, but interactions with Nadeem were rude and aggressive about this miscommunication.
