Outstanding. This was my first time staying at the Mayfair townhouse and it was amazing. My wife and I booked a classic room for our wedding anniversary but got upgraded to a suit by the lovely staff. The room was spotless and the beds are so comfortable we could have just slept the day away. The location is great to explore London from but also quiet enough to avoid the crowds. I will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend

Rooms were slightly small and we couldn't open two large suitcases comfortably but the beds were absolutely divine! We had 2 connecting rooms in a corridor so that was very nice and private. Super comfortable. Toilets were swanky as well. Complimentary Mini bar was incredible because the kids loved the rose lemonade and we got to stay hydrated as we were on the go. Location is superb as well. 5 min walk from regent street. 5 min to Hyde park. Concierge was always so responsive. Breakfast included was so pivotal as we had 2 toddlers with us. The baked eggs were superb! Only feed back would be that the fruit selection could be fresher. And because it's a heritage building, whenever the dining chairs moved down stairs in the bar area, we could hear it from our room on level 1! But other then that, still a 5 star stay! Not exactly a family style hotel but it is relatively family friendly.
