It was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Big shout out to the bar manager (I completely forgot her name, but I know the first letter is an M) she was pleasant, kind, and completely personable. The hotel overall was very nice, and the suite was spacious and very clean. When I come back out, this is where I will be staying.

Ugh, honestly for the price I paid... I won't stay here again. The room was beautiful but packed a few basic things that all hotel rooms need. Like a shelf in the shower to hold the soap and shampoo, or hooks to hang the towels, and some kind of streaming service on the TV so I am able to watch anything other than just basic cable. The staff was fantastic. But I wasn't told there were three weddings being held there the night I was staying there. The wedding guests were kind of rowdy and loud in the hallway. Also half of the rooftop bar wasn't accessible because of said weddings. It wouldn't have been hard to warn me about the weddings during my stay and for such a high end room and price to lack some basic things I was honestly really left disappointed. There are cheaper options in town that would have met my needs better.

I love this hotel so much but the service is severely lacking. The beds are uncomfortable, the housekeeping is terrible. They will tell you there’s a pull out couch to sleep on but what they’re calling a mattress is ridiculous. It’s about 2 inches thick and has hard springs. They terribly need to update the pullout couches and the regular mattresses on the bed. Each day housekeeping would come in and make the main bed, but the leave the pullout out and messy and wouldn’t clean anything else at all. They also left our room door open one day after cleaning. It’s just a shame really because it’s such a beautiful and historic place that could be amazing but sadly, it’s just disappointing. We have been here for 4 nights so you would think they could do a better job of cleaning than this. Also, bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap. They have teeny tiny bottles of stuff and they don’t like giving you much. We had to go buy our own things.
