The MCR Luxury Nha Trang Hotel

We planned this family vacation for a long time and booked this hotel online several months ago. Today, we arrived here from the airport with my large family, only to find the hotel closed. We called their listed phone number for an hour, but no one answered. The lobby was in complete disarray and appeared to be part of a residential building with thousands of Russian residents. The hotel is located next to a busy road, and the noise pollution is unbearable. Eventually, staff returned from lunch and, using Google Translate, informed us there were no available rooms. They told us to resolve the issue with Agoda ourselves. This ruined our holiday! With a festival in town, hotel prices are extremely high, and I was forced to book alternative accommodations at four times the original cost. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Check in at 10pm and nobody welcome you. Call to the phone number, nobody pick up. Call to the hotline, they got the booking but ignore to do check-in. Call many times again but no reply. Lost the money and find other hotel. This is rip off hotel!
