This was an excellent small hotel staffed by wonderful people. They were all so helpful with attention to every detail. The breakfast of delicious pastries and coffee was a great way to start the day. It is in a quiet location close to trains, shopping and restaurants. There is no elevator but staff was very willing to bring up our luggage.
We had a lovely stay, the staff was great!! Everyone was so nice and helpful, the Melita is a small hotel but has everything you need! A comfortable bed, a nice hot shower and great location close to Victoria Station! Our room was small and it was a little hard to move around with 4 adults and 4 large suitcases, we got the upper level room so carrying our luggage all the way up was a little hard. Other than that, I recommend you to stay here. Even there is no breaksfast option they do have complimentary coffee and pastries and they were delicious, they bake them every morning! And the days we had to leave early for our tours, they gave us a bag of pastries to go! Thanks to all Melita staff for giving us a really pleasant stay!!!
Lovely bijou hotel. Really beautifully presented and clean with good quality furnishings. We had a lovely attic room which was fine for us but you would need to say if you were not fully mobile as there is no lift . However staff were helpful and friendly and would carry bags if required
