The Mercer

One of the best hotels in NYC. Great location. Nice rooms. Wonderful service. Is on the expensive side but is worth the price in my opinion. Employees are very helpful. Were able to clarify some questions i had over the phone before arriving. Check in process was smooth and I checked in late around 8:30pm. Did not have to wait for anything. The room was waiting for ME. been years since last time i stayed here and seems like the quality has remained the same since back then. Always nice to stay here. Great walking distance to shops and restaurants etc.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Emily at the front desk at The Mercer, and I just have to say—she was absolutely incredible! Her attention to detail, warmth, and exceptional service made my experience unforgettable. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and it made all the difference. I am so grateful for her kindness and professionalism. Honestly, I would return to The Mercer just to experience her service again. I hope to see Emily every time I'm there, she's an absolute gem! Just walking past The Mercer Hotel in SoHo is an experience in itself. The blend of classic architecture and modern energy around this area always inspires me. The vibes here speak to the kind of art I strive to create: bold, reflective, and rooted in city life. It has also had a major influence on my art studio.
