The Merlot Hotel

I genuinely loved my stay here—it was an experience marked by kindness, warmth, and truly exceptional service. The staff is absolutely fantastic! I made a point to learn the names of everyone I interacted with because each person left such a positive impression. Being someone who prefers ice-cold water, I found myself heading to the lobby at least twice a day to ask for ice to fill my Owala bottle. Without fail, I was always met with patience and a smile. Their kindness never wavered, no matter how small the request. I don’t speak a word of Turkish and often felt a little embarrassed relying on a translation app, but the staff never made me feel uncomfortable. They were endlessly patient and understanding, making me feel welcome and at ease throughout my entire stay. I’ll absolutely be returning. The genuine hospitality and care I experienced here are rare—and deeply appreciated.

Room are good, there is plenty of spacefor 2 people. Also very good service; I forgot to bring my toothpaste and toothbrush and I got one for 25tl. There was a bad smell at the bathroom ☹️ which need tobe fixed. Location of the hotel is not the best but there is no traffic jam in the area. Also car parking is available.

Absolutely terrible. Hotel is worn and outdated. The bars/lounges are close by and their music is so loud. The complimentary drinks provided in the lobby taste terrible. The attached restaurants are overpriced and not good. The water from the shower leaks into the rest of the bathroom. Requested a non smoking room and still received a smelly smoking room with stinky perfume and cleaning products to try to cover the stench. The shower has hard water with a bad softening system so the soap does not properly wash off of your skin! The location is far from everything and what is close by is very overpriced. Nothing about this place is good. It is one issue after another!
