Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a group of 15. Our room clean and well maintained, we are breakfast, lunch and dinner and all were great. The bar was a little on the pricey side but otherwise no complaints.
The first aid facility was inadequate. When I requested assistance for my child, who was experiencing gastric issues, there was a delay in response. Despite being told that someone would call back within 2 minutes, no follow-up was made. Rest all was good, the ambience, staff and everything.
The location is definitely a big plus. You’re right in the heart of Delhi, close to everything, and it feels safe even if you’re coming back late. The staff is very kind and welcoming, especially the room cleaners who go out of their way to keep things tidy with a smile. That part really stands out. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi situation is a major letdown. In 2025, there is no excuse for such an unstable and unreliable connection, especially in a hotel that positions itself at a higher standard. Whether you’re working or just trying to stay connected, it’s frustrating and frankly unacceptable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but they really need an upgrade. Everything feels stuck in the 1970s. The furniture, the decor, the overall vibe just doesn’t match what you’d expect from a modern hotel in this price range. A proper restyling would go a long way. Breakfast is good. The variety is decent, the quality is there, and the service is pleasant. It would be nice to see a bit more fresh fruit, but overall it’s a solid offering to start the day. The real issue is the price. It’s just too expensive for what you get. It’s kind of shocking to pay over 30 euros for three teas and three coffees when you know the same order would cost less than 3 euros just outside the hotel. You feel like you’re being extra charged for just being a tourist. Overall, the place has potential and there are definitely some positives. But right now, it doesn’t quite justify the price tag. If they improved the Wi-Fi and gave the rooms a serious refresh, I’d consider coming back. Until then, I’d probably look elsewhere.
