The Miami Beach Edition

The only thing I would say in criticism is that the staff don’t always know exactly what’s going on in the hotel but besides that it’s an amazing place. I’ve stayed here over a dozen times for almost 6 years and every time it’s awesome. The beach club is amazing. The pool area is fantastic. The food is great on any standard level, but the breakfast could be a little Quicker. The gift shop is also good. They have lots of cool stuff in there. The rooms are amazing. Try and get a suite with a big balcony view and the bathrooms are awesome big hot tubs. Every time I stay there I’m happy with my choice even though it’s a little on the pricey side it’s definitely worth it

This hotel is not only gorgeous, but has some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. Big shoutout to Karen! She was so incredibly kind and helpful. The entire staff: the house keepers, maintenance, valet staff, bellhop, front desk everyone is so polite and professional. If you stay at this hotel you will experience some first class customer service. Thank you to this team for going above and beyond.

Nothing better than the edition. From the staff, to the hotel, to the incredible bar, everything was absolutely on par. The bar staff were amazing and gave us so many great recommendations on where to visit. The front desk staff were also so kind and accommodating when the edition shop was closed. So grateful!
