We really loved our experience at this hotel. The entire place is very clean and classy - a really lovely place to come back to at the end of a long and tiring day of touring the city! This may also be the most welcoming staff I have ever encountered at any hotel. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. Just the sweetest! I even asked at the front desk one night if I could remove some of the minibar items so that I could put leftovers in there and they stepped it up even further - they brought me a mini fridge to keep in our room for the rest of our stay. Thank you Aldi!! I noted only 4 stars for the room because I think the carpet and drapery could stand to be replaced. They are definitely clean, just looking pretty tired. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's a great location, staff can't be beat, and you'll sleep in a clean and comfy bed at the end of your busy day!
Oh my goodness these guys are the best! Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Location is easy walking distance to both Times Square and Central Park. Booked a "Junior suite" which was competitive with regular-size rooms in Times Square area. The room was huge - our NYC friends couldn't believe it. (We've stayed in rooms near Times Square before where you could touch all 4 walls from one spot!) The doorman was super friendly always asking about our day and plans. Check-in was easy and friendly. Breakfast in the lobby was not too expensive, very good, and the talkative waiters were super friendly. The elevators were super quick - a common complaint in many area hotels was "slow elevators," but not these ones...ever. After we left, we realized our passports were in the room safe. Oh no! Hamidi the manager was so reassuring, carefully packing them in an envelope and sealing and signing the envelope, and delivering them personally to the Uber driver. This was above and beyond, and great service. And we made our flight on time.
Second time staying here & love the perfect location near Time Square & theaters. Specially loved Daniel the concierge! He was super friendly, knowledgeable & attentive to our needs. Went out of his way to find us the best seats for Book of Mormon & Death Becomes Her. This service was not offered during our first stay & we truly enjoyed Daniel’s hospitality & professionalism! Daniel’s suggestion to do a private tour of Empire State Building was truly a highlight of our trip! Henry & Teodoro were also very nice & attentive to our needs. Overall a great experience & highly recommended this place!
