The Midland Hotel Chicago A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

This hotel's prime location is matched only by its stunning beauty. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, immaculate, and quiet. Even at full capacity during our stay, the lobby bar was buzzing with activity. Chad, the Front Office Manager, is a paragon of professionalism. Moreover, the engineering department's pride in their work is visible in the flawless upkeep. Be assured, you will not be disappointed!

I spent a week in this hotel. The front desk (especially Fatima) facilitated every request gracefully. I received packages on time, they made proactive suggestions, and knew my name and my preferences by the end of day two. Truly a great example of hospitality!

I really like the architecture of this building. The room could’ve been a lot better for the price that you are paying. The room is plain and simple. You can tell the hotels lobby was updated but the rooms were not. The room I stayed in bed was comfortable so that’s a plus. I can say, I wish I would’ve known before booking this hotel that they do not have parking accommodations. And I was very disappointed that for a weekend stay, I payed over $200 for parking. But to learn that the same garage that I parked in, the J.W. Marriott across the street accommodated their guest to that same garage. Honestly, the parking is highway robbery in my opinion. The price of the hotel was fair being where it’s located. You’re centralized to everything while staying there.
