The Mill Hotel Bomonti

Staff were beyond awesome specially the night personel and the kitchen staff and the lady for room service. Melek yildiz was nice to me and tgere was a gentleman today who offered me a turkish coffee.however I didnt speak turkish or english they were still patient and nice to me. I had a really good time in this hotel with my doughter thanks to their amazing staff. YASIN, Sevgili oğlum, kahve ve nezaketin için çok teşekkür ederim. Çok nazik ve kibarsınız, teşekkür ederim. The hotel is very nice, rooms spacious, modern and comfortable. Good level of cleanliness. I heard some muffled music at night, but it did not bother me - maybe my room had a better location than others who complained about the noise. The nicest thing about the Mill is its breakfast, lots of choices for those who love Turkish breakfast. Very nice service provided by Melek. Overall it was a very nice stay!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the place was poorly maintained. The carpets were stained and dirty, the furniture was old, scratched, and in some cases broken. Even the duvet cover on my bed was torn which was honestly shocking and unacceptable for any hotel that claims to offer basic comfort. The breakfast was equally terrible with extremely limited choices, low quality ingredients, and nothing fresh or appealing to eat. It felt like everything was done with the bare minimum effort with no attention to guest satisfaction or hygiene. This hotel needs urgent renovations and a complete overhaul of its services and cleanliness standards. I would never return and cannot recommend it to anyone until serious improvements are made.
