Food is done by visiting catering vans outside but food can be ordered and consumed in the pub.. 👍👍 In the summer we can watch cricket on the cricket ground behind the pub, while enjoying a jar or two. It's a dog friendly pub as long as they are well behaved and not allowed up on the seating... All in all, the nicest and best run pub in the area.. 👍🍺🍻😍

Possibly the most depressing pub in England, went midday on a Saturday when usually we enjoy a lively pub but not the case with this one. We felt as if we walked into someone’s living room, the locals looked at us as if we just walked through the front door of their home. Was super quiet with no music or anything in the background and the lady serving us was quite stern, making comments to “keep the noise down” when showing my friend a video on phone. Lovely walks around the area but won’t be returning to the local pub!
